Restocking frequency depends on how busy the machine is, but most sites are serviced on a regular weekly or fortnightly schedule. We monitor stock levels and adjust the restocking frequency to make sure the machine is always well-stocked.
All of our vending machines in Sydney are smart vending machines so when the stock levels are getting low, we immediately schedule a vending machine operator to refill and perform regular maintenance on your machine.
Service calls are attended to within 24 hours. Thats the C&C difference.
We take care of all maintenance and repairs at no cost to you. If something goes wrong, contact us and we'll organise a service call. This is included as part of the hire arrangement - you have no maintenance responsibility whatsoever.
